    "I have been taking Optygen and Ultragen for a few weeks. I am already starting to notice a difference with Optygen. I have ran three half marathons in a row starting on Jan 11th and finishing with the Austin Half Marathon on January 25th. Not only did each race get faster, in the Austin race I took first place with a personal PR of 1:09.51 and posted the fastest time by an American this year. Because of my results, I do know that the product is working, but can't quite tell exactly what my body is feeling. When I get the right words I will let you know."

    "Optygen has been an amazing supplement that I have added to my routine. I can definitely tell a difference in everyday training. When avg. about 120 miles a week, you usually feel pretty worn out after regular runs and hard workouts, but since I have been taking Optygen, I definitely feel a difference in recovery and in racing. I feel like I have a new energy that I have never felt before. I have only been using Ultragen for a month now. It is definitely a great post workout drink. I use it after each of my runs and in racing. With the combination of Ultragen and Optygen I feel like I can take on anything. It definitely allows me to train harder.     "I have been using the Optygen and Ultragen for a couple weeks now. I am planning my first indoor race Feb. 14th and hope to see the effects of my hard training and these great products at work. I am not sure what to attribute to the products and what is a product of my training but I know that it is a combination of both. Here is what I have noticed so far:

    Optygen-I have noticed that my heart rate between intervals recovers much faster and I am able to begin the next interval feeling more rested. I have also noticed that my longer runs feel easier at a faster pace.

    Ultragen-I have noticed a significant decrease in muscle soreness after hard workouts. I have hard track workouts on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. That does not allow much time for recovery. but since taking Ultragen, I have felt more recovered for those hard days. The best part of all this is that during this initial period of product testing I also started to do twice daily workouts. Usually when this happens, I am much more fatigued and take longer to adapt to the increased workload. Instead, I have not noticed an increase in fatigue or soreness. I am really looking forward to seeing how these products work in the long run and during my competitive season."

    "I've always been a skeptic when it comes to Nutritional Supplements and usually find their bold claims humorous. However when I saw a company so intent on quality, research and endurance performance I took interest. When I purchased a bottle of Optygen in early 2003 I was preparing for my first full season in the (over 40) Masters running division. I was concerned that the combination of age and my high expectations of an eight month racing season could bring me down at some point. Pleasantly surprised, I was able to maintain a higher mileage base in early-mid season racing which gave me the strength to perform consistently well without hitting a late season flat period. Being able to tolerate higher workloads in training allowed me to jump to that mythical next level. For these reasons I'm convinced Optygen played an important role in being able to win two USAFT National Masters titles, beating the best Masters runners in the US and some of the best in the world.

    Recently, using Ultragen, I've been impressed by it's effects. Historically, during early season long runs, my legs would tend to ache later that day. Muscle stiffness since using Ultragen has been much less noticeable. To confirm this perceived recovery I've even noticed my morning heart-rate staying consistently low through short periods of increased training. Efforts that in the past has provoked a noticeable change in heart-rate. These two variables tell me there is something to this product."
